Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Invoiceur (“Invoiceur,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the Invoiceur website, applications, and services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and “you” includes it.

Invoiceur lets you create business documents — invoices, quotes, estimates, receipts, and related document types — from templates, store them in your account, download them as PDFs, and manage related records such as customers and saved items. Features may change as we improve the Service.

You need an account for some features. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@invoiceur.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

The free plan allows a limited volume of invoicing (currently up to $1,000 in document totals per rolling 30-day period). The Unlimited plan is a paid monthly subscription (currently $9/month) that removes that limit. Prices and limits may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes, and changes apply from your next billing cycle.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

The documents you create and the data you store — invoices, customer records, saved items, logos, signatures (“Your Content”) — belong to you. You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell Your Content or use it for advertising.

You are responsible for Your Content, including its accuracy and legality — for example, ensuring your invoices comply with the tax and invoicing rules that apply to your business. Invoiceur is a document tool, not an accounting, tax, or legal advisor.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• issue fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful documents;
• infringe the rights of others or violate any law;
• send spam or unsolicited communications;
• probe, disrupt, or overload the Service or circumvent its limits or security;
• resell or white-label the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Service — including its software, template designs, and branding — is owned by Invoiceur or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service, including the PDF documents you generate with our templates, for your business purposes. You may not copy or redistribute the template designs themselves as designs.

We work to keep the Service available and your data backed up, but the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. You should keep copies of documents you rely on (PDF export is always available).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that documents it produces satisfy any particular legal or tax requirement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invoiceur will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, legal risk, or extended non-payment. On termination we will make reasonable efforts to let you export Your Content for a short period, after which it may be deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will give notice (for example by email or an in-product notice) before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Invoiceur operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you and Invoiceur consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
